I recently started going to subway again because it is affordable again. I have the app and I get a lot of good deals. On March 19th I did a online order and I got home and opened my sandwich's and they were disgusting and we ended up throwing the whole order away. I complained and sent these pictures with no response. Do better Subway!!
Not bad for a subway
I went there yesterday in the morning hours after 10:30 am on 12/31. When I walked in the female employee (redish hair) behind the counter just looked at me, no greeting at all. She flatly asked what I wanted. I almost walked out but I promised my son a subway sandwich. The customer service was horrible, and the food tasted even worse. The vegetables/toppings looked recycled and wilted, and the chicken seriously tasted like they were made of rubber or chewing gum. It literally made me gag. Walked in at 7:28 pm. The employee who was on staff told me she was closing early. Not cool. Still very hungry.
Best service best food. The staff are just fantastic.
