Horrible customer service and was told in a rude tone that there was 5 people taking orders at 7:48 and refused service. Explains why Subway isn’t getting any business bc they keep hiring rude employees.
Absolutely horrible service. We came in at approximately 7:30pm on Friday 3/21/2025 to place an order and the person working told us it was too late and wouldn't take an order, as she was closing soon and she was too busy. The store closes at 8pm. My family and I were hungry and there was plenty of time to make our simple order. Somebody needs to fix whatever problem there is at this location, or just CLOSE THE STORE EARLY. If it's a staffing issue, HIRE ONE MORE We are never going to this location again.
