Terrible experience here. Myself and my friend (who are both people of color) came here to order a sandwich. For context, there was only one other person in the line. The young white woman who had blue hair was rude and immediately had an attitude with us. Upon telling her our order, she said ‘this is why I hate making people sandwiches while we’re busy’ and began to mock my voice while she turned around to do something else. If I could give this place a 0, I would. I wasn’t even able to eat because the girl who attended me explicitly said, “This is why I don’t like making sandwiches,” assuming that I didn’t know what I wanted. She didn’t even have basic manners. What terrible service. I’m very disappointed with Subway, they seem to hire just anyone.
Avoid at all cost!!!! There is a younger woman with red highlights that is rude to everyone, an old lady that has issues with portions, and a young guy that does amazing. If the young guy is there its great everything but if its red or granny, your night is shot. If the younger girl with red highlights is working then you have a 50/50 shot of getting a decent sandwich but will get a lot of attitude. If granny is there, your sandwich is going to be paper thin. My boyfriend and I came here with a positive attitude, ready to enjoy some subway. I’ve came to this subway along time and i’m just very disappointed. The girl taking our orders (she didn’t have a name tag on, but she had red streaks in her hair) she was very rude and didn’t take what we wanted into consideration.
