Terrible experience at Subway today. Jas was rude and unprofessional, the customer service was awful, and the food quality was disappointing as well. Poor service combined with poorly prepared food made this one of the worst Subway visits I’ve had.
This store it’s very clean very nice and the customer service. It’s great the lady Amrit she was so nice and respectful and she did my order perfectly and she took a good care of it. I really appreciate it. She’s the best and she’s so friendly. She was really taking a good care of the place. Highly recommended.
No washroom cleaning happening? When asked employee to clean she said that the closing team is about to come at 4 and they will clean the washroom as it’s their task. I am a restaurant manager myself and i would like to let their manager know that please check camera’s as they were not productive and chatting and laughing loudly and still denied the service.
I would give -10 to this location. Staff was very rude . Even customer service was zero . When I asked to use to the washroom they says only men was in use but upon opening I saw that was way dirty . I told the girl, she just ignored and said very angrily that they can’t clean it I could go anywhere else. It was the worst experience I had there .
