Cancelled multiple orders because they say they don't accept coupons for more than $2. Incredibly unfair business practices.
I have been coming to this location for years and this is by far my worst experience. You have one woman working here thats beyond disrespectful to your customers. I have no idea what her name is but shes definitely in the wrong business and absolutely not cut out for customer service. She rushes every single person that orders while she rolls her eyes and huffs and puffs like a two year old behind the counter causing not one but two others to walk out before me. The staff told me that they do not participate with the subway, promotions or coupons but somehow they are listed as subway. This is insane. They should be removed from Subway altogether. How are you gonna tell me that that’s optional whether or not they want to participate or not, but the store is listed. Subway needs to do an investigation regarding this.
This place is below your average subway. They DO NOT ACCEPT COUPONS OR FOLLOW THE SUBWAY SPECIALS. If you order on the app and choose one of their offers or coupons they will not follow it. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PAY THE NON DISCOUNTED COUPON PRICE!!! Not sure how they expect to make buisness when they are so greedy!
Never order here. The staff doesn't follow Subway rules; it's more like a corner deli. Disgusting, and everything is of poor quality.
