It is not worth to use an app and an order sub online, the main reason is that, when person is not physically available, the sub wouldn't have all that the person requested in app order, just like my recent order I didn't get crispy onions and parm cheese. It's relay on person's luck, how the sub maker read carefully and do not rush to finish their job.
I am only giving three stars because the lady who cashed me out was super sweet…However the lady who was actually making my sandwich around 1, was VERY disrespectful and was moving like she didn’t want to make my food. She went as far as to raise her voice at me, telling me to speak up, when it was an empty store and nobody was there, cutting me off each time. Took me longer than needed to order. Better customer service would be greatly appreciated and stop cutting people off mid order it would take less time that way.
I ordered veggie patty , girl who was working in this location name Deep she didn't changed her gloves because she was making chicken bowl while adding veggies she added some chicken pieces into red onion bowl that was part of veggie section when i told her to change that bowl because of chicken she started arguments didn't even realise what she was saying she gave me reason ohh we do not change gloves doesn't matter its veggie or non veggie so i had to cancel that order this is worst location that i had such a worst experie... read more
Worst customer service , this store only know how to take order online but never deliver it. Girls working at front don't even know a thing about customer service
