DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE AT TRINITY COMMONS SUBWAY!!! I visited Subway at Trinity Commons on February 10th between 1:30–2:00 PM, and it was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The female employee serving me was extremely rude, arrogant, and argumentative. When I asked her to add sauces, she flatly said only 4 sauces are allowed, which is ridiculous and not followed at other Subway locations. I just bought a 12inch sub combo and she handed me the items without a bag, when I asked for one she said we don’t give bags anymore company policy, ?????
I had difficulty finding the location at night because the logo was not working. So I had to cancel my ride. It was wastage of time. It is appriciated if u would take care of it.
Indian Customer service lady very rude spoke bad English and didn’t want to give me the toppings I wanted on my sandwich also bread tasted very stale and days old they also never had bowls at that moment in the store !!
