Tasty and clean!
Sandlewood and Conestoga location. The only item asked for on a cold cut was lettuce and we asked for extra, there was very little and the girl lied and said she couldn’t close the lid. Service like this loses customers.
Dirty washroom not even filled soap Not even asking which bread we want After preparing food they are not even giving it and no response nothing working there Please change lazy unprofessional employees
Dirty (chips on the floor, tables were sticky), fountain drink machine not working, sun chips out of stock, staff only says no to everything or I am sorry we dont have this or you cant have that lol. The only thing that was fresh at this place was bread everything else STALE including the staff's attitude. Bye bye Subway at Trinity Common.
I had an awesome experience during my recent visit around 10:50 PM, thanks to Rupinder, who served us with a smile and was super friendly. Rupinder and another employee (I didn't catch her name) went above and beyond to help us with the app offers. They really made an effort to ensure we got the best deal on our food, and I appreciate their excellent service. Thanks for all your help.
