Had a great experience at Subway today. The place was really busy, and there were only two girls working, but they were doing an amazing job keeping up with all the orders. Even under pressure, they stayed friendly, fast, and professional the whole time. I also want to mention that the sandwich they made for me was excellent — everything tasted fresh and it was made exactly how I wanted. These workers definitely deserve 5 stars for their effort and positive attitude!
I visited this Subway and the experience was disappointing. The store was extremely busy, but there were only two employees working. They were clearly doing their best, but they were overwhelmed and the service was very slow because of the heavy workload. It seems unfair to expect just two workers to handle so many customers at once. The owner should schedule at least one or two additional staff members during busy hours to reduce the pressure on employees and improve customer service.
