I Ordered takeout through the app, and I’m beyond disappointed. Not a single part of the order was as described. I specifically ordered a Big Veggie and they skipped adding the veggie patty, which is supposed to be the main item. How can you miss the core of the meal? To make it worse, there’s no clear way to contact support through the app—no chat, no email, nothing. Just a frustrating loop of useless options. When you’re paying for something specific, the least you expect is accuracy and some form of accountability.
We ordered the Easy Order catering platter. The box of 15 mini subs were supposed to be wrapped and then cut. They were all loose in the box and when we opened at home the fillings were everywhere. This picture shows them, unwrapped, after I had to put the fillings back in the bins. Not nice or hygienic! We have ordered from other locations and it was much better. DO NOT ORDER FROM THE TRINITY COMMON location.
