I had a disappointing experience with the staff member in the turban. My order through the Subway app was never delivered, and when I reached out for assistance, she was unhelpful and dismissive. It’s frustrating to pay for a service and not receive the food I ordered. I expected better customer service and support, but her attitude was extremely unprofessional and discouraging.
I visited this Subway location today, expecting it to open at 11:00 AM as posted. I arrived at 10:55 and the girl working inside told me they weren’t open yet. I said no problem and came back at 11:05, but she still said they weren’t ready because the equipment wasn’t set up. Had I waited another 15-20 minutes and went back in she might have made another excuse. If you say you open at 11, be ready to serve at 11. Even Google says this location opens at 10. Costumer service of this location is nice friendly and they always ask about new sandwiches and subway app that make me regular customer I highly recommend this location best in Brampton.
