Writing on the behalf of my Brother Monday Morning, I placed a sandwich order through the Subway mobile app. I went to pick it up, and when I gave the employee my name and order number (which were also clearly visible in the confirmation email I showed her), she still insisted on seeing my photo ID. I am not a delivery driver. I was honestly shocked — I’ve never been asked for ID when picking up food before, especially not for something as simple as a mobile app order.
