I ordered through app and when i went there to pickup they refuse to give me my order . Poor customer service .. don't know how to make subs either.

Bad service
They won’t let me use the washroom because I am not a “customer” this is my first time experiencing this from a Subway. I order online and in person. So how will you know I am not a customer? I was not allowed to use the washroom by an old lady and a younger lady. This was very unprofessional and disgusting behaviour. I went ahead to use the washroom next door. This KFC, no issues.
I would give 0 stars if I could I ordered online and I still had to wait for a long time to get my sandwich..and they are out of everything even bread..what a joke
