I can’t stay silent after what I witnessed today at Safeway. This was one of the most heartbreaking and disappointing experiences I’ve ever seen in a store. Safeway is located right next to a Dialysis Center, so it’s common to see patients coming in after treatment — tired, weak, sometimes in wheelchairs.
