Terrible service. The woman working the day I visited treated us in a very discriminatory manner; she was accepting card payments from everyone else but refused to accept my payment. I had handed her $30 in cash, and she wouldn't even give that back. For this reason, I do not recommend this place. She forced us to go all the way to the bank to retrieve the money—what a horrible employee! 05/04/2026
Got there at 10:12am this morning, had to tell the older lady to change her gloves after exchanging the used dirty containers then attempting to put her hand in the lettuce to put on my sandwich. The oatmeal cookies were crunchy, stale, smell and taste like chemicals. This is the worst subway in the world. Disgusting !! Lady needs to remember to change her gloves before touching sandwiches after cleaning
