Worst experience ever, This Subway is absolutely useless. I’ve been waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes, and my food still never showed up. Maybe the driver messed up, but the staff didn’t even bother to confirm the order before handing it out. Zero attention, zero responsibility. When I called, they hit me with-We can’t do anything, since you already paid. So basically, once they take your money, they stop caring. No help, no effort ..just excuses. I’m extremely disappointed. I ordered an egg sandwich and it was so hard I could barely eat it. On top of that, my Pepsi was completely missing from the order. This is unacceptable. If I’m paying full price, I expect my food to be fresh and my order to be complete. Very frustrating experience.

I have been here many times,, it was always great except this time. There was a lady behind the counter who was behaving very badly with customers. I found this very inappropriate behaviour which is not acceptable at all. If i see her there again, i am not going back there sorry.

I had a very disappointing experience with Ramanjot Kaur. The customer service was poor and her behaviour came across as rude and unprofessional. I did not feel respected or properly helped during my interaction.
