The last 3 times I've ordered here, I've ordered through the app. I never arrive early, I've worked fast food before, so I allow ample time. My other 2 of the 3 times hasn't even been started, and when 3/3 orders have been completed they're either a sloppy mess, or incomplete. Unfortunately it's the same employee that messes it up every time.
