Back in April, my wife and I visited to get lunch. During my visit, I ordered a footlong BMT. I was originally charged for a 6-inch and the cashier mentioned he made a mistake and attempted to correct it. I assumed he would reverse the charge and re-charge me but for a full sub. Instead he charged me for a second 6-inch BMT. I was then told that they could not process a refund and I would have to come back when a manager was available. Why should I have to take time out of my day to come back so they could fix their mistake?... read more
I was very disappointed because the person who waited on me did not speak English very well or understand what I was trying to say. Other than that it still is the same old Subway which is perfect for someone on the run.
