Yesterday my manager and I decided to get subway which is usually our go to spot. However the sandwiches are always prepared differently it’s never the same either I’m missing bacon or olives or something. Well yesterday I placed the order but it was pending. She went up there and they said to place it again so I did 2 more times. They just kept being rude saying it will credit you back. Well to my surprise I check my account this morning and the transaction went through!! I NEVER got confirmation emails from all 3 orders!!
Had the worst experience here. Ordered two toasted sandwiches online—got home and they weren’t toasted. Called and was told to come back, no need to bring the food. Drove out of my way, then was told they wouldn’t remake them because the manager “said they were toasted.” Showed photo proof, and only after a long argument did they agree to remake them. Then the worker told me not to complain next time and just accept the food. Unprofessional, disrespectful, and a complete waste of time. I won’t be returning.
I am big Subway advocate and love the sandwich, but this location was very disappointing. First, the food quality was subpar—the bread was stale, the vegetables didn’t seem fresh, and the sandwich was poorly made. It definitely didn’t meet the usual Subway standard. To make matters worse, they refused to accept Subway coupon that I received in mail. If Subway advertises these deals, locations should honor them! Aldo is a sandwich artist by all definitions! He truly takes his time and makes sure it not only tastes good but looks amazing as well!
