I've paid for 50% more meat every time ive went. I order with the mobile app. Twice I've caught it before I left where they didn't put in the extra I paid for. Tonight I ordered 2 of the same sub with a BOGO code, both with the 50% extra meat. I got there and was the only one there. He was on the vegetables and I specifically asked him if he remembered to put the extra meat. He had an iPad in one ear, looked at me, then the receipt and told me yes. before I even got to put my order in, it was just rude very poor customer service and as the order got on, the attitude was not better just got rude more so then it started she acted like she there was just too many things for her to do like she was way over stimulated like give me a minute and i understand you being busy but the two women were rude and out of place . if it is lunch hour or not, the service will not be that rude and that hostile towards a customer who is paying I will not be going back there absolutely terri... read more
