This is the worst subway I’ve ever encountered in my life! On 9/27 I placed a mobile order 2.5 hours before closing. When I arrived at the store to pick up the door was locked. 2 girls were inside the building literally trying to hide behind shelves and the counter. They refused to even come to the door. You can get a steak dinner faster than you can get a sandwich made there. They need to hire a completely new staff or fire the person who's hiring the staff. I spend at minimum 30 min there every time I go. It's utterly ridiculous.

This store has young children working that clearly do not know how to run a place of business. I walked in no one was in the store. After 2-3 mins of standing there someone finally comes out of the back. I get my sandwich made and go to pay and there is a roach crawling across the counter. I let the girl know and she responded with I am not sure what you want me to say. She stated there was no management there but she would let someone know.
