Ordering through their app, ask it be handed to me. No order. No attempts to contact. Later in my email they showed me a picture of the food left outside in the snow several buildings away. Ridiculous! Go to complain and you’ll get a chat bot with preselected options that doesn’t resolve anything. Complete waste of money.
Fresh quality food. Friendly crew and service but their lack of transparency on their $6.99 6” meal deals are pathetic. I wouldn’t bother ordering that deal, ever. If you do, you’ll receive an altered size “6 inch” sandwich. It’s technically close to 6” in length but the bread and overall sandwich size is scaled down dramatically. Don’t fall for it.
