Food is good and the place looks clean, but customer service here is a nightmare. Took 20 minutes to explain how we were charged for 2 extra items, and instead of requesting a refund we just wanted those items instead. Truly headache worthy. If I were you I’d just go to a different location or wait until other people are hired. Even drew on the receipt and they couldn’t understand.
They had a lot of cookies made, i seen there was non burnt cookies, and asked for them, they told me no and said the burnt ones were fresh, i still said no thanks, ill take the others, they threw the burnt ass cookies in the bag anyways
Rose just makes the best sub. We drove here specially from Waikiki to be with Rose nice service
Ordered a sub on the app and received the wrong sub. Then when I went in to replace it, the employees acted like I was wrong. And while remaking it still got my sub wrong. I asked for light mayo and she completely slathered the sub with mayonnaise. Disgusting
Great experience, the sandwich artist was very kind and friendly. Next time I’m on Honolulu, I’ll be eating there again.
