I had a disappointing experience with my recent order from Subway at 1072 Oliver Road. I ordered a #18NshstyHotCkn sub on multigrain bread, grilled, but when I received my order, it was on white bread and not grilled. This is frustrating because we spend money to get what we ordered, not just whatever is given. I kindly request the staff to carefully review orders before making them. Attention to detail is crucial in food service, and mistakes like this can be easily avoided. Hoping for a better experience next time!
