I went during busy hours! Staff did terrific job at customer service and made me delicious sandwich.
Avoid at all cost - yikes this place is a Nightmare they can’t even make a simple plain ham sub , with there employees saying they mess up your order because of the difficulty of putting just ham on a bun and then refuse to make \ remake it at all and they will also refuse to refund your money
Walked in and initially thought the restaurant looked clean and modern, but unfortunately that seemed to be more of a facade. We were ordering multiple subs, and the staff member was preparing several of them at once. When she placed the final piece of bread down, both my husband and I watched a large black fly crawl out from underneath it and then walk all over that specific piece of bread while she continued cutting the others. Asked to switch breads out because there was a fly that crawled out of the bread. Employee said "I can switch the bread, but just so you know, there are SO MANY FLIES AROUND. I can't stop it from happening" The shocking part is not that there are flies in a restaurant. It's that there are "so many" that employees have to warn us.
