Today at approximately 9:10 PM, I went to this restaurant to pick up my vegetarian order. I saw a male employee handling my food with the same gloves used for non-vegetarian food. When I raised this serious cross-contamination concern, he became argumentative instead of correcting the issue. He openly stated that they handle everything with the same gloves, then disrespectfully told me to “shut my mouth” This behaviour is completely unacceptable, insulting, and a serious food-safety violation. Placed a mobile order at 12.00 am today and felt like wasted all money. In footlong asked for extra veggies and it was like nothing on it.. extremely disappointed by food when expecting to have a good meal.
