Ordered (2) subs today: Tuna and Veggie Delight. Asked for Lettuce and Tomato on the tuna; all veggies except onion on the Veg Delight. I ended up with one sub with Lettuce and Tomato only (no Tuna) and a Veggie Delight stuffed with tuna. Also asked about the buy one get one 1/2 off (signs all over the place). Kid with an attitude who screwed up my order said it doesn't start until 4:00. If you can't honor the special the least you can do is get my order right.
I visited this location on a Thursday at 8:00 PM. When I asked to dine in, the employee informed me the dining room closed at 8:00 PM, despite the store closing at 9:00 PM. Before even taking my order, he abruptly asked if I was paying with EBT, cash, or card, which felt irrelevant and invasive. The customer service only grew worse from there.
