On 10/09/25 I ordered a ft. long tuna sub, once I got the sub it tasted horrible like metal. At first I thought maybe it's my taste buds, however I let someone else taste it and they said it tasted rancid. I called the store the young lady said she would give me a refund, I have not received it yet. I could not get the taste out of my mouth no matter what I done. This was my first and last time going to that store.
Guy had an attitude, he seemed unhappy and he didn’t want to be there, which I understand as a customer service worker myself, but K never show that i’m upset. My sandwich is literally rock hard, like i’m knocking on a hollow wall.
My wife just went in to pick up our two sandwiches. When she got home mine had two whole slices of roast beef and it looked like they spread a six inch serving of chicken breast across her foot long sub. Idk if this is a lazy employee or a cheap owner who Is telling employees to make sandwiches this way
Do not order online from this store. I placed my order online and they made my sandwich with minimum veggies and sauces.
