Great sand-which and service
We love this subway !
This is the absolute worse subway I’ve ever been too. There was 2 workers in there a man and a woman who can not speak English at all. They didn’t greet us when we arrived and then had terrible attitudes the whole time to everybody that walked in. We grabbed chips a drink and a sandwich and said make it a meal I guess they don’t know what meal means because we were filling our drinks up and he said “no drink,no drink” and was shaking his head with a bad attitude we said we asked for the meal and he looked so confused. Very disappointed, poor customer service, Oliver was exceptionally rude. After claiming to not know English, he proceeded to take the next customer’s order in English and completely ignored my requests. He was very disrespectful did not speak to me at all and completely avoided the situation. Worst customer service I have personally experienced. If any of the higher ups see this review, I hope you address this issue.
The level of service I experienced at this Subway did not meet the basic standards of any food service. When I received the wrong order and politely requested a remake of the sandwich I had paid for, the conversation quickly escalated beyond what was reasonable for such a simple request.
