So I walked in at 8:55am and a middle eastern woman yelled at me and said WE'RE NOT OPEN. WE OPEN AT 9!! So I left and came back 15mins later. She was still not open. Lights off. No food available. Also there was a really bad oder in the store. Don't know what it was. I came to this location because it is supposed to take food card. She said they do take food card, but not today. Good place for food
Rude and ignorant staff, I've worked food service since I started working as a teen and I've never seen a staff so unprofessional and uncaring. Pathetic
Lady at counter would not honor a coupon. Guy rushed from the back when I asked "why not" and was extremely rude and confrontational as if he wanted to kick me out of the store. So I just went to another subway who honored the coupon. I think corporate should check up on the people running these franchises. This is the closest subway to my house but i will drive the extra mile for better service
