The food is fresh. The service is great and the atmosphere is wonderful!
Last 3 times I’ve gone here it’s been understaffed and out of lots of product! I will no longer be a customer of this location!
Walked in to place an order and the lady behind the counter was rushing us and somehow they only had white bread yet I was able to see the rack behind her with different ones. Yeah ok? And then, she said that we couldn't do a promo they had stamped outside their window because supposedly we didn't meet the criteria. However when asked why she said because it's only for certain sandwiches (it did not say that on there). Lastly, she told me we couldn't use our Subway gift card. Hello? Long story short, this "binder" lady tipped herself almost $2 without asking. I had to dispute for the "tip" refund. I'm never coming back here. So long scamway!
