Almost $40 later I got a cold cut that only has 1 type of meat and there is barely any. We tried calling to fix it and they didn't even care please avoid this location.
They somehow mess up my order every single time. I usually order on the app so I don't usually notice until its too late. This location is less than a mile from where I work but I've had to start going to the one in Kelso a couple of miles away but they actually do a good job. Young girl with red head was rude as hell when I asked if they were still open. It was 845pm and she said they were closing in 5 minutes and id have to make it quick. Was only wanting 1-6 inch for myself. Her tone and demeanor was uncalled for. I understand she wanted to get outta there but I've worked in customer service all my life and that is not how you handle it. I would give 0 stars if i could for my todays experience . I ordered for veggie delight. employee named yeilani( couldnt read perfectly on her badge). I was after a customer who ordered meat sandwiches.She came to me asked me what i need, i told her veggie delight, she started taking out the bread, chopped the bread with the sameeee gloves with which she prepared the meatt sanwichesss. I would have given 5 stars but there was a hair in my sandwich. Which caused me to start vomiting. Other then that everything was great.
