Service was good, but they don't put very much meat or toppings on it. The sandwich was overpowered by bread.
Ordered from here and got 2 sandwiches. Both of them had barely any veggies and didn't even toast what was supposed to be toasted. This place is going down hill and whoever is making the food needs to be fired

I questioned the worker about the sticker on the display case indicating the every order is subject to a service charge of some percentage. The worker scrounge around the register and read a prepared statement that it was used for various purposes. I don't really recall what those purposes were, but I was distressed that they are adding and additional charge just because they can. And then, when you pay, they ask if you want to tip.
