Understaffed, stressed, and didn't even get any lunch. I feel bad for them, but I just walked in and found a crowd of people who were waiting on orders to start to be made for 35+ minutes. The lady at the front counter was not helpful, and was on her airpods, talking on the phone. She was not actively making any orders right now, just had a stack of tickets, unhappy customers in the lobby, and she told me she would be with me in a little while. On march 9th 2025 around 2pm there was only 1 sub artist working that day. SHE WAS AWESOME My sandwich was great. Her customer service skills were AWESOME. She deserves a raise.
