I am writing this review because it's happened twice now. I usually come in Tuesdays to get the meal of the day. A few weeks ago they gave me a foot long when I only wanted a six inch, which I requested then they proceeded to charge me for the foot long that I didn't want. And said sorry we can't refund the difference. Okay I paid for it and threw the other half away because I don't eat that much and don't like them later in the day. Same thing happened today. I came in this morning. Even though it was super busy, the gal that helped me was really quick and friendly. I will definitely be back
The place is so clean, the employee that helped me was efficient and so sweet
Walked in at 7:30pm on Friday to order some food. Three people waiting in the store. No employees at the front. Two employees seen in the back area. One female employee with bloodshot red eyes. Male employee comes up to me after 5 minutes of me waiting and says "a couple things came up and we have to take care of our online orders". Keep in mind they haven't been doing anything for the past 5 minutes, as no sandwiches have been produced.
