I had a very bad experience with a Latina woman who works as a bread maker. She's always been a poor person when I go. I've told other acquaintances about her, and they tell me they've had bad experiences with her.
The two lady’s that were working were just chatting in the back. One was combing here hair and looked at me several times. Never acknowledged me. I asked if they were open and they said yes. I said I would like my sandwich and they proceeded to ignore and speak in Spanish language. Trash service
Two of three sandwiches were messed up, including raw bacon on my sandwich This is not my typical subway experience here
This subway customer service was beyond horrible. There were two female staff on 6/21/24 at 3.48 pm and they were both horrible. Sighing and rolling their eyes at customers, one spoke English and the other did not. The one who only spoke Spanish was dressed like she was in the kitchen in her house, none of them had name tags. They left the sandwiches open-faced and all the sauces they put on just robbed into the wrapping paper and stayed there, very messy. They are rude impolite very disrespectful and nasty . The three staffs a boy and two girls on Saturday June 23rd was trying to yank the sandwich from mh sixteen years old daughter .I have to call the police on the them .thst place is dirty the sandwich taste bad and they are no customer service skills and cannot speak .The owner never apologist for their actions after she was called to resolve the issue .We paid and got our receipts they claimed we dint pay .
