Great customer service!
Placed an online order and no one is even at the store. No note on door or anything indicating the store is closed.
Lowkey loved this place and the people but I got stung by a wasp in the corner of the restaurant and it was really upsetting and then I realized they have a bunch of wasps and flies lol.
I ordered online. Google said the subway was open until 11 pm. I placed my order before 10 pm. I grabbed 2 sandwiches and a wrap for my family and I. I got there at around 10:20 pm. Now keep in mind, Google says they dont close at this location until 11 pm. I get up to the door, its locked. I look through the door to get the attention of the guy whos clearly just on his phone in the corner. He just looks at me and gives me the hand single to his neck signifying that they arent open.
