What a bad experience. Staff very rude and not friendly at all. Terrible costumer service, plus we found a plastic strip in one of the Italian BLTs we ordered. When my son and I went to tell the staff about it, they told us that they could change it in a " i don't care tone" obviously my son didn't want to order another.
