we have always great experience with this restaurant. they always make sandwich what ever customer requested with smile. when i stand in line for sandwich and i notice about they make some customers sandwiches even they don't say anything because they know what regular customer like it.
I called this place to let them know there was a hair in my sandwich and the manager Kathrine tried to say there wasn’t a hair in my sandwich and to bring THE hair that I pulled out of my mouth back with the sandwich back to show proof she LAUGHED at the situation she didn’t handle the situation professionally at all and after I told her I was going to write a review she got scared and automatically changed her tone and told me to come back with the half sandwich and she’ll give me a new one horrible service I don’t recommen... read more
