I was accused of stealing chips that this establishment doesn’t even carry or sell! The male employee followed me outside and told me that he saw me pick up a bag of chips and walk out the door. A bold faced lie!! Instead of apologizing, he laughed at me. Is this acceptable behavior for your employees??! He should be fired. Terrible customer service. Today is Tuesday, Aug 18th. It should be easy to see who was working this night because I didn’t stick around to get his name. Absolutely unacceptable!

Terrible tasting sandwich, and not made correctly, and had to wait an extra 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready for pick up at 1:55pm. I ordered online at 1:30, I ordered extra mayo and peppercorn ranch for my footlong chicken bacon ranch sandwich, the app said it’d be ready by 1:55. I got there at 1:58 and the employee said it wasn’t ready yet and she was just about to start making it, I waited in my car with my dogs for another 15mins, went in got my sandwich and opened it in the store as I’ve been “burnt” too man... read more

I took an order from this shop today and had to wait for 20 minutes, only to get one banh mi instead of two. Trusting the store, I delivered it straight to the customer. When I arrived, the customer checked and found one missing, so I had to pay out of pocket for the shortage. Fellow drivers, please be careful when accepting orders from here; they might miss some items
