We ordered online 10/13/2025 and the pick up times was originally 1:10 pm. The pick up times was pushed back twice so my daughter decided to go to the store to wait on it. When we arrived to the store we were told our order didn't exist. We showed the clerk and the manager where the money was deducted and the screenshot from subway.com.
