Service is very slow and the employees are constantly asking you to repeat yourself due to them having headphones in. I spent almost my whole lunch break just waiting in line with only 2 people in front of me and only 3 sandwiches made. If you have the time it still taste like subway, but you will get stuck there due to lethargic employees.
Genesis just tried making my sammich with her unwashed hair hanging down in my food and not washing her hands or using gloves.. said she used hand sanitizer after coming back from the back. I'm good.
Very sad they got rid of their sweet tea... But today there's two guys that work in there regularly and one of the guys is the nicest best customer service love going in there.. he always makes sure everything is perfect!!!
Entered store at 9:30. One customer already there. Open sign not on. Employee proceeded To start meat slicer, uncover food and ignore both of us. When he was finally ready he asked in the most disinterested way if the person in front of me "needed anything" I left. I don't want someone like that fixing my sandwich.
Placed an online order, received notification that it was ready for pickup so I stroll on in. Not only was my order not ready, it hadn't even been started. After standing and waiting for 10 minutes (no greeting was given, two guys working had their heads down as I walked in) I was asked my name, and told "oh, uh, it'll be out there eventually," as they both walked off to the back of the store out of site of customers.
