I totally understand mistakes happen we’re all human, however the manager Amy turned a mistake into a situation where I won’t be going back to the Batesville location. I placed an online order went to pick it up and noticed the causes that were supposed to be on the side weren’t in the bag and when I said something she had a snippy attitude and said “you’ll just have to wait” which I obviously planned on since there were other customers in line. It's stupid to pay for food on a togo and they don't give you half your order and won't refund either. Lady behind the counter was rude as hell and clearly should never work with the public.
