Our experience started out great, staff was friendly and kind, making jokes and apologizing for the long wait. The older guy who was making our order was over the top with jokes and stories, and when my mom went to joke back with him, he got extremely rude and pointed at my mom saying “you’re being really hateful for no reason, I’ve done everything I can to be nice and make your food and you’re being hateful, go ahead and call whoever you want to I don’t care !” And then proceeded to refuse to make the rest of her order. Chase and Cameron are amazing employees. They put a smile on my face when I really needed it. One of a kind customer service! Just absolutely lovely people and food was great!
I really enjoyed my experience at this subway today. Chase and Cameron made my family's day alot better with a smile and being told " welcome to subway" with great energy. i which i guess its Cameron's 3rd day but you would've never guessed. Thank you guys for your customer service
This location has gone way downhill. Everytime we order any order on the app they ALWAYS get it wrong. The sandwiches are always just thrown together and messy and wrong. The people that work in there anymore are just subpar. They are so rude and not friendly at all. Not worth the money. Just go to juniors down the road.
