The employee wouldn't let me use the restroom because she had cleaned them. I went at 7pm. They dont close until 10pm. She told the other employee that the restrooms were closed for the night because she just cleaned them.

Just picked up a mobile order I placed with the subway app. I ordered a hot honey pepperoni sandwich toasted and an outlaw sub toasted. When I opened the wrapping I observed they had added maybe a few drops of hot honey sauce to one sandwich and both sandwiches are not toasted. These things are way too expensive to not get them how you ordered them so I attempted to call the restaurant and there’s no answer.
