Don’t come here. Subway sandwich was not prepared well. There’s something seriously wrong with the food there. Not returning.
Just picked up a mobile order I placed with the subway app. I ordered a hot honey pepperoni sandwich toasted and an outlaw sub toasted. When I opened the wrapping I observed they had added maybe a few drops of hot honey sauce to one sandwich and both sandwiches are not toasted. These things are way too expensive to not get them how you ordered them so I attempted to call the restaurant and there’s no answer. Slowest service ever
The people below me are out of their minds. The whole reason I go to this particular subway is a Lady by the name of Yolanda. I think she is a gem for me whenever I walk in she always has a giant smile. She's incredibly sweet, And remembers my order, which I believe is great customer service. So thank you she's a great employee
Wow i ordered on the app, i was close to the store, when she gave me the sub she told me next time i need to take my time and no show up that fast i told her ithat i was around that i can wait on a table, and she said that was not an excuse they are not robot, netx time will not do it fast, and i told her won’t be a next time.
