The people below me are out of their minds. The whole reason I go to this particular subway is a Lady by the name of Yolanda. I think she is a gem for me whenever I walk in she always has a giant smile. She's incredibly sweet, And remembers my order, which I believe is great customer service. So thank you she's a great employee
Wow i ordered on the app, i was close to the store, when she gave me the sub she told me next time i need to take my time and no show up that fast i told her ithat i was around that i can wait on a table, and she said that was not an excuse they are not robot, netx time will not do it fast, and i told her won’t be a next time. If I could not give any stars, I would. My husband went to this location today and experienced the worst, rudest, most unprofessional service he's ever had. The older Hispanic woman and young white girl were very rude to him. The Hispanic woman told my husband that he needs to hurry up and order because it's busy and that he should be prepared and already know what he wants. I’ve been a pretty loyal customer at this location for years. I’ve never had any issues until this short older woman who is primarily Spanish speaking started working there. She is rude and never makes the sandwiches as ordered (especially when online). For example, I ordered a sandwich with extra lettuce and ranch…. She gave me no lettuce and no ranch. This was online (I know it was her because she was wrapping it as I walked in). I don’t see how it’s hard to follow a written order…..
At about 8:30 Saturday night, they're not taking online orders, so I go there at 8:40 the open sign is off & they are cleaning all the food containers. Next time I'll drive the extra 10min and go to the Wadsworth location.
