If I could give 1 star I would. The owner is very rude and just overall horrible customer service. We placed an order online so we could use the deal / coupon, Because of that he made us wait extra long to get the order even though nobody else was there. When my husband asked about it, he was snarky & made sure we understood that since it was online order with a coupon he wouldn't be making the sandwiches until the assigned pickup time. Way overpriced.
i went int after placing an online order and they were extremely unwelcoming. They also only gave me half a sandwich after I ordered a footlong and didn't even make the sandwich correctly. This place is terrible.
the food is fine but the workers today at 12:30pm had the most terrible attitude ever. they were snapping at me and my friend asking a super confusing question; they asked what kind of bread we wanted even tho we told them 10 times???? also saw a worker bring a piece of fur into the cheese but didn’t care to take it away. fire these people
I have patronized this Subway location for almost 5 years. Most of the time I order through the app. Earlier today, I made an order for a 10:45 am pickup. When I arrived at 10:55 am, my order was NOT ready!!! An employee asked for my order #, and I had to return home to retrieve it. I returned about 30 minutes later.
