Came in at 8pm. Lady told me with a rude tone it’s gonna be a few minutes, I guess working on online orders. I said that’s fine, then with another rude tone and attitude she proceeds to tell me “and if you’re looking for turkey we’re out”. An employee tonight paid for my son and his friends’ meals when their cards were not working. My son took back in money to cover the meals but I would like to find out who paid so I can offer an additional tip. Thank you for your kindness!
I went to this Subway late at night, close to closing, and expected the staff to be winding down, but instead, they were cheerful, helpful, and welcoming. It truly made me happy and grateful to experience such kindness, along with my usual delicious Subway sub. Thank you for being an example of great service, kind people, and genuine humanity.
