HORRIBLE PICKUP SERVICE Wrong wrap they used a pita bread very little meat Not worth the 14 freaking dollars the scam artists charged me.
Rude. Ordered a roast beef footlong and a tuna footlong. Used a 12.99 coupon for 2 subs. Then the employee tells me it doesn’t include the roast beef. I walked out, placed an online order on my phone using the coupon and it worked. Guess it worked with the roast beef footlong. So sad this location is closest to my house and I will not be visiting again.
Past 3 orders have all had something wrong or missing, and quality of the food is the poorest I've seen at subway. The one on 14th street is leagues better and I am unsure why. One sandwich had the wrong meat and was untoasted, the other had cheese even though it was specifically ordered without due to health reasons, and then the one sitting in my lap is missing pickles and has 4 onions total despite me ordering more of both.
I agree with all other comments and experiences about this location. I walked in, was ignored at first for a few minutes and then I approached the counter and was greeted with a look that emitted anger. Ordered my sub ,waited another 5 mins, finally received my order, went to present my coupon, the guy looked at me like he didn't know what to do. Looked very frustrated and told me to just take it.
