Last time I was here they had no lettuce. I went again recently and put in an online order. Just to find out when picking up the sandwiches they had no cucumbers and no green peppers and this is at 7:00pm not even close to closing. I’ve also noticed the workers wear earbuds. Very disappointed
Gave me half the ham my sandwich should’ve had on it and the dudes are wearing ear buds here also! Thanks for ruining Subway in TC!
All veggies were discolored and left open. Upon walking in the food was all open the employee was sitting down on their phone. It was 10:30 in the am. When I went. All ingredients should have been refreshed. Sandwich tasted off.
Unwelcoming, rude, dont listen. They have headphones in or just sit to talk to eachother when people need help. I have ordered and come in multiple times and asked for honey mustard and they give regular. If they are out of it they dont ask what to replace with instead just assume and even if they have it they dont listen enough to care and put the wrong ingredients anyways. Worst subway in town.
