I never understood why franchise restaurants don't honor their coupons. The owners of this establishment are rude and cheap and with 2.2 stars with over 100 reviews, haha they are doing something right to suck this bad. My mom and I visited yesterday. She had a buy one get one foot long. Please note you must hand your coupon to these cheap owners so they can pass it around and look at it then tell you No scooped meat, no roast beef. Staff very rude
Horrible go to another subway
Terrible service. They got mad when my mom used a coupon. They threw back at her and called her stupid. Can’t believe this unacceptable behavior.
Lady working there must not like her job. She was very condescending and passive aggressive to my wife, when my wife asked to make sure that we weren’t getting charged for someone else’s sandwich that was toasted on the same tray with one our sandwiches.
