I haven’t been to subway in a long time and I don’t think I will eat here anymore after this experience. I honestly don’t know how they are still in business after reading other reviews with the same experience over the past year. Whoever it’s running this needs to be fired or figure something out. I ordered through the Subway app. I showed up to pick up my food and the worker told me she was cancelling my order because I used rewards points on it and I would have to reorder and pay full price.

Have not been to a subway for some time and I thought it was. Beautiful day to take my family out to eat and try something different. It was 6:40pm and we were very excited until the lady with air pods in her ears talking to someone while taking our order was giving bad service, throwing the ingredients with attitude looking mad as if we came last minute close time.
