I am posting this for the gentlemen that was being served in front of me because the man was on a lunch break and doesn’t have time or asked for this. First it was the lady that usually works there and she was absolutely rude to the guy, no smile, not even making his sandwich as if she enjoyed to have him as a guest. Planned on eating here but after seeing how nasty the bathroom was i decided against it and i timed how long before the lights turn off and its 45 seconds. So every 45 seconds while your trying to use the bathroom the lights turn off and you have to turn them back on. Absolutely disappointing showing from subway

After they sent coupons to the house, I go up there and order food, they go to ring me up and tell me they don't take coupons, OK the old bait and switch, so I tell them I'm not taking the 3 subs that I ordered, I go to walk out and she says ok I'll take the coupon. Would not have been any problem if they posted that they don't take the coupons somewhere visible before i ordered. They sent the coupons to my house!
