I am visually impaired. I came here to treat my mom after enjoying an excursion based on a death anniversary. I heard my mother questioned whether they gave me everything I ordered; I did so to hinoymy mom. The cashier continued to say yes…I went home and no they did not and despite hearing my mother say “everything to take place” and it didn’t happen, saddened me as a cheated, disabled, patron. Shame on you independent franchise owner. You and your employees are despicable.
Food is sometimes fresh. Customer service is usually terrible. I went there today and I go there often, I’ve never seen her working but she was extremely rude from the moment I got to the counter out the door.
Great location here in the Kroger Plaza! The staff is freindly and fast. They build it your way and will load the sub up when requested. I really enjoy the $6.99 Daily Deal combos. The Italian BMT & Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki subs are very tatsy. Love a good deal on a fresh sub for lunch or dinner. Go get you some!! Yummo 😋.
