Hit or miss if you're subs will be good
My sub was made perfectly at the Lake Lansing location. I prefer this location because last time at Haslett they did not have tomatoes. If you are a member of the online club, you can sometimes get a sub for $6.99 foot-long. I ordered mine on the web and pick it up for takeout and it has always been ready when I get there.
Absolutely horrible service the last two times I’ve been in here today. I was told I needed to wait a few minutes while she finished bread so I sat there for five minutes and walked out. I’ve worked for Subway before this is not how business is supposed to be conducted.
The owner/manager should be ashamed. They had a younger woman working, by herself, during peak hours, 3 days into the job. 30 minutes for a subway sandwich is incomprehensible. Kudos to the woman for being friendly and doing her best.
I'm glad I read the other reviews. Just like other customers have said, from the moment we walked in, the woman working there appeared unhappy to have us enter even though it was during the day and not close to closing. Very rude through and through.
