Mobile order hadn't even been started when I arrived to pick it up, even though no other customers were around. I also saw the employee touching the register with gloved hands and not changing gloves before going back to food preparation. The worst part, however, is that my sub was moldy. . .
Employees have no customer service skills and can barely do there job. Im done coming here. Ray Charles could do a better job at this than these people.
The staff wasn't properly trained on any equipment in the store. The guy who made my sub told me your toppings are on but I don't feel like spending it. I'd love to talk to the management!!!!!!! This was the worst experience with subway!!!!!!!!!
Great food, great service, and clean lobby
Ordered 6 in h bmt on the herb and cheese, bread seems to be really old, and tough. Certainly not fresh. Manager Ace Hardware.
