When there for interview and was told that sorry we don't have hours and ll call u in two weeks do not apply with this subway and barely understand English
The food is fine - it's subway food, and I've never had an issue with it. My issue is with the service. There are a lot of workers here who do not speak much english - and that's totally fine! They're always the most helpful and kind employees! The issue is with the one white young man, with curly hair, who works here, who has the worst customer service skills I have ever experienced. Bad experience with this location. All the Hispanic workers are great!! But the only white guy that works in this location horrible, horrible customer service! He’s wearing HEADPHONES on, he saying he can’t hear me? He’s also the ONLY 1 working?? Maybe he needs to take them off and have a good customer service.
This is my second review for this place. I know these go unnoticed sometimes but READ!!!! I online ordered two subs LATE at night, I pick it up. Drive 25+ mins home to find a STICKER IN MY SUB. now they’re saying I should’ve came in, at 10 pm, but because I didn’t do that I don’t get a refund. Absolute bs don’t go here
Second time visiting on lunch, out of lettuce, workers don't understand the requests and get frustrated, not run very well
