Would take stars away if I could. Subway app shows I have an $8.99 sub special. Can only be redeemed if ordered online. Order it online....AI sends my order to location down the road. Acting supervisor. Micheal tells me to go pick it up there. Or order another sub from here. Already paid for it and DID NOT GET MY LUNCH TODAY. I frequent Subway about once a week and sometimes more. This location has been one I have enjoyed overall. Today I received the best service, an excellent sandwich (made very nicely), and I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the lobby. This all goes to the credit of one person: Ella. Ordered online in the app and waited for my time to come and they had not even started making my order. Still had to wait another 5 min to get my food.
I ordered a sandwich an hour ago and no one has delivered. No one answers the phone. I can’t get a hold of anyone.
Ignored me as if I am invisible which is rude.
