There was a very combative woman in the subway here and Ruth was exceptionally polite. She treated me and my daughter with, up most respect and apologized for the other customers shit behavior.
Have been coming here for years. Recently moved closer so it's been my closest location. 1. It's like 90 degrees inside in the summer 2. Ingredients aren't fresh when I come in 3. When picking up, I ask for 'extra' items and they barely give you anything 4. I've decided to drive an extra mile just to try a better location. I get it it's not gourmet sandwiches but I remember subway quality used to be better and actually used to taste fresh...
