FIRE the man that was working today on 2/16 at 12:40pm!!! I stood at the register waiting for him to take my order for at least 10 minutes! He was in the back on his phone talking loud the whole time!! I could see him from the register, sitting in a black computer chair, talking on the phone! Consistently slow service and poor communication from employees. There seems to be only one person who does their job well. They forgot my napkins last time I ordered online.
This place needs some SERIOUS help, Upon arriving to pick up my online order, I stood at the counter for 15 minutes waiting for someone to come help me. The clerk at the circle k portion of the store hollered to me that the guy working is named Scott and I should yell for him. Excuse me ? I have to yell for someone to make the order I paid for?
