Siva was very nice and great customer service skills!
we placed a mobile order, we went to pick it up they said it was there but we showed them that the order was placed and that our bank was charged and they still said they can’t do anything about it. then told us to get a refund through the app but we couldn’t hence it said we picked it up already but we hadn’t, they then told us their isn’t a support or contact number to even get a refund. so now we’re angry and hungry
I came later around 9:40 because I had just came from volleyball practice and the worker had no problem making my food as late as it was, close to closing time. The food tasted great, and customer service was great as well.
