Message mentioned possible changes due to holiday. Seeing it was an order for 12 I tried to call but phone off the hook. At 3pm it rang only to hang up after several rings. Tried several times same result . Went to Jersey Mike's. Great service, pleasant employees, so from now on me and my $$ will be going there.

Worst store every order two sandwhich in the app wrote instructions and they still messed up the sandwiches not just one but both sandwhiches do they not read the request/order
