I’ve been living abroad in Europe and America for almost 25 years now, and I have never experienced such a bad service. I always order a protein bowl because it’s healthy, but today I got one from the Greenwood Subway location. The employee put in barely anything—just 5 to 7 lettuce leaves, a tiny amount of chicken, and a ridiculously small portion of veggies (just 2 small slices of tomatoes and 2 slices of cucumbers). Clean fast and nice people
Ordered foot long blt with extra bacon. Bread was hard not enough bacon for reg 6 inch let alone foot long wanting and paying for extra. Tried calling store several times rather than giving written complaint. Never picked up phone
